PopStick (“the App”) is developed by Helen Emerson (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, especially children.

No Data Collection

PopStick is designed with a “Privacy First” approach.

Personal Information: We do not collect, request, or store any personal information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers).

Identifiers: We do not collect device identifiers (such as IDFA or IP addresses).

Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

On-Device Photo Access

PopStick allows users to select photos from their device to be used for printing.

Local Processing: All photo selection and processing happen locally on your device.

No Cloud Storage: We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any external servers. We have no access to your photo library.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

PopStick is intended for use by children under the age of 13.

COPPA (USA): We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Because we do not collect any personal information, no parental consent is required to use the app’s features.

GDPR (EU): We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not process personal data of users in the EU or elsewhere.

No Social Features: The app contains no social media integration, chat features, or links to external websites that would allow a child to share information.

Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place. There are no ads and no in-app purchases that track user behavior.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any of your data, there is no data for you to access, rectify, or delete. If you delete the App from your device, all locally stored settings are removed immediately.
